Adopts

  • I do NOT support NFTs or AI generated art and will not consent to having my art/designs be used for NFTs

  • You can resell the adopt so long as you're not charging more than its worth

  • Don't sell freebies/gifted designs from me (With exceptions)

  • NEW You can now purchase commercial rights to my designs. Price will be 2x the amount of the original price listed

  • The original adoptable art and extra art I make for the adoptable are mine! Please don't remove watermarks on said artwork

  • If you do not respond or pay within 48 hours, the adopt will go to the next person. The 48 hour rule doesn't apply if you're paying via other ways (Art etc)

  • If you are paying with art or character(s), I would like to be paid with art/characters/etc first

  • Feel free to make any changes or redesign the adopts

Commissions

  • I own the artwork, you cannot claim the artwork as your own, repost it without credit, trace or edit the image in any way, or remove the watermark I put on the finished piece

  • Feel free to ask for a WIP at any point in the drawing. I'll allow unlimited (within reason) revisions until the coloring/rendering phase

  • I will only allow refunds if I am unable to finish your commission

  • I have the right to refuse to do your commission
